We know plans change, and we want to be transparent about our cancellation policy for all guests.
Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations made within 13 days of arrival.
No-show
There are no refunds for no-shows.
Natural Disaster
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters or government travel restrictions, reservations may be re-booked at management’s discretion.
Host Cancellations
If the host must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for alternative dates (subject to availability).
